Our Assurance

In order to insure that the materials you demand fit your current machines and expectations, we are able to send some samples for you to test the quality and suitability. We are very confident with our quality but as one of our company values is customer focus, therefore we practice this as an assurance to our customers and comfort of them investing their money at the right place.

Factory Audits

If your company has QC team, or if you want to be sure yourself, feel free to come visit our factory for physical inspection. Our team will be happy to show around the place and the various process we have in place to ensure that the quality is the best.

Quality certificates

If you want to be assured that our factory is following certain standards, the client is free to request from us a certificate of proof such as TBS (Tanzania Bureau of Standards)
